Zavvi just emailed me with a pre-order link for the Xbox One stating a 399.99GBP price and a 30th of November release date.

I'm not sure of the rules on posting links on here so I won't bother, but it's out there if you want to check for yourselves.

Dates are incorrect as are pricing.

They are just putting that up to start pre-order.
Once actual dates and prices are released you get another email changing it.

How can we know for definite if they are incorrect? I'm not saying that's definitely the way they'll stay, but it's better than not hearing a price at all.
Plus with a pre-order price guarantee if it's any higher you'll be saving money.

I can pretty much bet my house on it being cheaper than that.

But I remember my mate pre-ordering something with Zavvi before and they changed the price once the company actually announced the pricing structure.

I wouldn't be so sure. The original 360 was 300 at original release. With inflation and the fact that the new console with be coming with Kinect as standard I wouldn't say 400 is particularly unreasonable.
I guess only time will tell for sure though.
