Social Blade, Machinima, IGN, or TGN. Don't go with AwesomnessTV. By the way RPM isn't bad.

You will not get partnered when you are that small.

That is my channel and I can't even get partnered with RPM. There is also TTG's own DownRightTV. They are also good but you need better stats then what you have. Until like 1,250 subs or so legit with a decent amount of daily views you will have to go with DownRightTV, RPM, and SocialBlade. If you are doing this for banners and stuff and don't want to get paid go with AwesomnessTV. They aren't good though.
