By scuf card I assume you mean scuf controller? Anyway what's for is irrelevant once you activate the code it's no longer usable like all gift cards.I assume the promotion only works on your account now? Why not let him purchase something off your account under your supervision?It could also be it's exclusive to a specific country but I doubht that's the problem as you said "friend" unless you meant skype.
