Like create some mutation? Or combine a human with some animal? If so, then yea i suppose. But there is not point of it.

there is, if we create another species or clones of humans then we can grow them and use there blood and organs to fund hospitals. also we could create another species to slave them or we could create another species to experiment how they grow and how they react. i know some of the stuff i have described is not very nice but i really doubt humans will create a species and leave them in peace because there will be a reason we created them. it all comes down to survival at the end of the day. also we have already messed around with DNA, like the goat that makes spider webs, the webs are thought to be so strong that it will be stronger than steel if this does go right. research it dudes. research all of your questions because most of it is on GOOGLE

Crossing the DNA of different animals and humans could be possible. In my opinion if this is done, something bad could arise.

Your question is extremely vague.
What defines a species is two organisms that can mate together, and produce fertile offspring. If this is the case, these two organisms are of the same species. For example Lions and Tigers are now regarded as, loosely, the same species, as you can mate a lion and a tiger, produce either a liger or a tigon, depends whether the lion or tiger was the male, and these offspring are fertile.
So, to produce another species? I'm assuming you mean of humans? May be harder than you would think, even with the genetic technology we have nowadays, and some of the things we can do changing people's genes etc. The main problem being that the altered being, that is the being you are trying to turn into a new species, would take a lot of changing to ensure it cannot mate and produce fertile offspring with us, and only produce fertile offspring with other of these altered races, and therefore become a seperate species.
You theoretically could create one by introducing a selection pressure, and other extreme environmental differences to a particular population, and then isolate them for a good few tens of thousands, if not hundreds of thousands of years. And hey presto! You should now have a new species.

If you are talking about a group of humans becoming a separate species from the rest. It is possible but it would take thousands maybe millions of year. As there would have to be a barrier (for an example use space) so if a group of humans move to Mars and are left there for thousands or millions of years. Making the gene pools isolated. Eventually a mutation would occur that would only be present that give some individuals a slight advantage over others. These individuals pass on their genes to their children and eventually the mutation makes them a different species (would probably take multiple mutations.)
You can tell that they are a different species by bringing the two populations back together they will not be able to reproduce or produce fertile offspring.
If this is unclear search for "Adaptive radiation" or a real example of this is Darwin's Finches.
