I currently have the xbox 360 and was going to get the xbox one until I saw that they focused more on TV than gaming and gaming is the reason why I would by it but ps4 looks to be the one I will go for purely for these reasons
-it has a touch pad on the controler
-it focuses more on gaming
-online is free
I felt somewhat disappointed in the xbox reveal so I think I will go for ps4
What are your thoughts on both consoles?

It was kinda just a reveal of the console and its features not necessarily the games for the console. You'll see the games at e3.

The Xbox One is going to be focused on gaming, they were showing new features that the Xbox could also do. The new Xbox controller has over 40 new functional improvements that will make the game seem more real.
I'm not picking between a console as of now, since we have not even seen the PS4 yet. The Specs on both a pretty similar, but the graphics on the PS4 will move a bit faster by looking at the specs. We will have to see some test results that they come out with.
This question will be answered by most people after the E3 event. The Xbox has way more exclusives for these big games and PS4 does not. The only game they have on the Xbox One is BattleField 4. They should get more exclusives before us.

They are focused on Entertainment, that's were the the ONE comes from, ONE Entertainment.
