So I went to authentic views and went to buy some views just for a goof. And I entered my old debit card with $2.52 on it. Paypal refused the order and I went on with my day. Later I checked my email and got this:

WTF???? What happened????

It was a prepaid debit card from CVS

It's almost as if the payment didn't go through, I clicked submit on the paypal page and it refreshed the page. (no errors or anything)

I'd say you got lucky, a lot of the time just by clicking on buy now .You'll be sent that email whether you pay or not I think that's why it says order pending .hopefully you'll get them.

Did you read the email right?! It says that the order was pending, and it also says that it's NOT a receipt and/or bill. That's just what you tried to order, pretty much an email that auto sends after you tried to send the order but it failed...Hard to explain
