Whilst playing FIFA 13 I have encountered various problems with the game.
-Career mode: I won the Premiership, FA Cup, Champions League, League Cup, Community Shield, UEFA Supercup etc. many times over the course of 7 seasons with Everton. I wanted a new challenge so I moved to Borussia Monchengladbach. After two seasons there, I won the Bundesliga twice, DFB Pokal once and reached the Champions League final. I am now ready to move clubs again, I have tried applying for Spurs, Arsenal, Borussia Dortmund, Atletico Madrid and Manchester United and every club has rejected my offers. I am basically the greatest manager to ever live and I can't get a job anywhere.
-Ultimate Team Handicap: When facing a team who are much worse than your team i.e a bronze team, EA nerf your players' stats to give the opposing player with a weak team a better chance. I have noticed that this affects first touch, passing, shooting and players' speed dramatically. My record was 28-0 on UT and my first loss came from a full bronze team. His keeper was saving the most impossible shots, he had around 5 shots and scored 3 goals, I had 25-30 shots and scored 2. His bronze keeper made 18 saves and Buffon made 1.
-Vulnerable defense/counter attacks: EA seem to push your defensive line up way too far on this game. This leaves you wide open at the back and therefore incredibly vulnerable to conceding. I've also noticed how frequently this happens when you've got a corner, if one of your players doesn't meet the ball and the opponent heads it away/clears it or the goalkeeper collects, they're going to counter attack and there's a very high chance they will score from it.
-Not being able to play a player in his alternative positions on FUT: Most players in FIFA can play in more than one position for example David Luiz, he can play CB/CDM/CM. In my opinion, if the player is played in one of those positions, the 'position boot' should remain green and not turn orange/red.
-Penalties given for winning the ball: It's incredible how many times I have made a perfect tackle on FIFA and won the ball but have then been penalised for it. Fix it.
-Opposing goalkeepers saving every shot on target whereas your keeper can't save a thing: Nearly every game I play the opposing goalkeeper seems to make three times as many saves as mine and I've got some of the best keepers in the game (Buffon, Neuer, Lloris). Surely I'm not the only person this happens to?
There's a couple more problems but these are the main ones that affect the way we play FIFA each day. Lets hope FIFA 14 is an improvement.

Actually the -Vulnerable defense/counter attacks are depending on your OWN CB's,this will only occur on CB's with High attacking workrates.

What's a good, solid back four to use with high defensive workrates?

Is this a conspiracy? I just launching from the half way mark when I face a bronze team.. and score sometimes..

Here are some flaws with your argument
If you think you are the best manager in the world, then just out the difficulty higher or start with a team in npower league 2 and don't use recruit any career cheap starts such as banzia and so on.
There is no handi cap. It's skill. I have tried this out by using bronze and silver teams and coming up against solid gld teams and being beaten a fair bit. When I play bronze or silver teams I usually win unless the player is good. Everyone needs to accept that they aren't the best fifa player in the world, you are going to lose games, it doesn't matter if you have the best team ever, you will eventually drop a game.
Defence and counter attacks depend on your back lines work rates. Simply go on futhead or check the in game stats on fifa and primarily you will want CBs with medium/low attacking and high defensive. And one of your full backs focused on attacking and one focused on defence. It's all about work rates so go on futhead and have a look.
I agree with that players should get full chemistry if the play in their alternative positions. So many times I want Ronaldo a 9 chem striker.
Some penalties are crap, but I tip I found is not to sprint to a contest when in the box.
The opposing goalie seeming like god when yours in failing can come down to a few things
1. You need t defend better (usually the one)
2. You don't really like your keeper
I can't play well with Buffon, Diego alves and Adler. But with cech, neuer, hart and casillas I play a lot better with them and do t concede as many goals due to the teams I can make around them and the quality defenders around them

Nice points man. But the handicaps are factual. KSI plays a game with his full TOTY squad and gets beat by a bronze team twice. The bronze keeper was playing insanely well.
As for career mode, I play on legendary and yes I purchased a lot of high potential players but I raised them all from 60-70 rated to 88+ rated. In my final couple of years at Everton, I never lost a game, the overall for my starting eleven was something like 92,88,92,94,88,91,92,87,94,92,95 and no cheats were used etc. it just consists of high potential players, youth players and me playing with that same team for 7/8 seasons. The most I payed for a player was 10,000,000 but the most I sold a player for was 70,000,000. Since I left Everton, they have carried on winning every trophy and I came up against them in the Champions League final with Monchengladbach and got beat 4-0 haha. And when I said that I'm the best manager in the world, I didn't mean the best career mode player, I meant statistically in the game, I've won more than Mourinho, Ferguson, Wenger etc.
When it comes to conceding penalties, I stand off the opposing player when they're in the box as I don't want to 'go in' and concede a penalty whereas on FIFA 12, most of the time you could 'go in', come out with the ball and no foul would be given. One thing I hate playing against is skill moves. They're near impossible to deal with. If somebody is doing skill moves in the box and you close them down, 90% of the time they will go down and win a penalty.
