I know I need a modded .dll, I already have that.
What else do I need? And where could I get them?

You need to be on the same TU and dashboard update. Then thats it! Go into system link and infect your retail (thats what I'm guessing you are trying)

What about the modded xex and stuff? I remember a modded xex was needed on tu6, but is it still needed now?

Its been awhile since I've done that but I am pretty sure you do. I'm sure you can find a download on youtube, just search up "MW2 xp lobby patch download tu8" or something like that.

You need a modded TU8 default_mp.xex that will load the DLL.

Most Patch releases have them.
