This is an obvious answer, it doesn't take a genius to figure this out.
YES, they will continue to patch things and such.
Why? Because the Xbox One doesn't have backwards compatibility, that being said, the Xbox 360 will still be used A LOT.

I did hear a rumor that there is only going to be a couple more dashboard updates for the 360. Could be wrong, but just leaving this here. They could always release a silent patch as well so until they phase the 360 out they will continue patching what they can.

I agree with this.
I think they'll probally try to get every last $$$$ drop out of the xbox 360, release about 2 or 3 more dashboard updates, and then slowly start getting everyone over to the Xbox 1.

Yeah, that's pretty smart of them.

Considering that the Xbox One will not have any 'hacking or modding capabilities' ( as of now ), no I don't think they will even monitor the Xbox One. I think that they will make at least two or three more dashboard updates. Xbox has a huge staff team that will obviously be moderating the Xbox 360 even a few years after the Xbox One is out. There will be literally nobody with a "hacked" console on Xbox One. From what it looks like, Xbox One is going to be more for the social people :/ but that's just how I look at it. Also as it was said, the One doesn't have backwards compatibility so basically, people who don't want to go buy expensive games for the One are going to stay on the 360. The games will be very, very expensive.
