It's a time of transition, we've got to accept that we might have to make sacrifices in order to advance our experience, backwards compatibility is an outdated feature, Peter Molyneux (The guy behind the Fable series and Microsoft UK) has said that Microsoft spent millions investing in backwards compatibility for the 360 but by the time of the release it wasn't a popular feature so they stopped developing it. People like to live in the past, backwards compatibility is not a good business model, and both Sony and Microsoft will see that. Let's embrace the consoles, and move forward not backwards.

So if you have more then 100 games you can't be upset...

If you truly have over 100 games you must have some big storage cabinet.
Trade them all in with the console few weeks before Xbox ONE comes out, or even better;
Keep the damned thing and stop moaning, new media on a new console, simple.

Ya but they aren't taking the 360 servers down so while you can play the Xbox one you can still play the 360 online

So you're annoyed because the Xbox One won't play Xbox 360 games, why would you pay 500 pounds or however much it's going to be for a next-gen console to play current-gen games. Logic?

delano wrote Ok so i readed that you can't play xbox 360 games on the xbox one WTF so why i gave all my money on that games if you cant play that games thats really stupid

stop crying. what were you gonna do sell your 360 to help pay for the one ? your 360 was worth $60 at gamestop 2 years ago. Now its probably gonna be worth $20. So why not just keep the 360 and play the games you have for it.

The way the new tech works, they can't. They could invest in a way but that would just jack up the price even more. Just keep your 360, plain and simple!

stop crying about it ! its called backwards compatabilty for a reason as its backwards , we want to look forward in gaming and not back so if that means having to keep your 360 to play 360 games then so what. ide rather have a console with blue ray and better tech then have a console with lesser tech because it has to be backwards compatible
