depends really, yaya toure is your brute strength in the midfield and has a wicked shot. However, Silva is more short/long passng and slick dribbling. I prefer Yaya

Different positions. Silva is more attacking. Toure more defensive.
Silva has monstrous shot and incredible dribbling. Toure is a fast defender and also has nice shot.
