You might want to get a CPU cooler. They do most of the work ina computer and they get REALLY under all that stuff. The fan will keep it feom overheating and potentially damaging your other parts.

The processor should come with a stock cooler that should be fine unless he plans to overclock at any point.

The parts you listed are not compatible as you selected an 1156 i5 and an AM3+ motherboard. Here is what I recommend assuming this build is for gaming: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

The CPU and motherboard aren't even compatible.
CPU - [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
Motherboard - [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
HDD - [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
PSU - [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
RAM - [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
Case - [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
GPU - [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
Total - 607 euros.
EDIT
If it's too much, you could always swap a few things to bring the price down.
