i know all about reputation power, but what is up with the green squares next to you rep? why do admins have so many, and how do i get it?

the green square is your rep.. the more rep you have the more squares you will have. im not positive, but im going to say for every 100 rep powers you get a square. people like dimebag have different color squares cuz they have so many.
