Currently I have got a few parts for my PC but Im wondering what plugs in too the Blue spot and the White spot on the Motherboard. Look at the picture to see what im talking about Sorry if im a noob I just started to build.

You should check your motherboard manual and it should tell you.

But it is usually graphic cards, Wireless Network Cards or Sound cards

The blue slot on the motherboard is a PCIE slot that runs at 16 x bandwidth. This slot is where you put your video cards in.

The white slot is a PCI slot. This is the slot where you'd put a wireless card, sound card, etc.
