Doesnt matter, Im telling you 2 FULL rounds you WILL hear the sound at the end of the second round as its changing to the third. Ive done this 50+ times and have been to Round 100, trust me.

Also, do not throw any grenades, no shooting, claymores, nothing except the tomahawk until you hear that sound at the end of the round.

If you've done any of the above go back an do another FULL 2 rounds.

Its way easier to do before round 15, no crawlers...

Alright im on the plane now, just started round 29. Here we go...

If your not getting the sound after the 2 rounds then you must have already done it correctly. Then try throwing at different angles into the fire pit, sometimes its subborn and has taken 10+ throws to get it to stay in, you will know it worked because it will make the same sound from before.

You need to finish the round

Whatever the standard tomahawk is called thats what you need to get 10 kills with in the prison then 30 on the GG Bridge.
