I definitely think Joka modz v3.2 is the best, with powermods v7.1 as a close second.
Everything but force host works perfectly on joka modz. (i like how explosive bullets have a toggle strength button) but that only works if edit the code to your name. but if you do they work perfectly along with the other perks.
