ok so my ,ic is not off but it is not picking my voice up so its like it is ff but it isnt but it sees that it is plugged in but mny voice cant be picked up help me

Make sure you have the cables plugged in properly. I'm not saying that to be smart but sometimes mine gets loose and picks up static and radio.

Don't buy turtle beach anything the quality is below mexicos water treatment standards. And if you do always get the 2 year warranty. Im not trying to be an jerk there products always seem to break.

Do you have your mic plugged into the back of your TV? It also needs to be plugged into your xbox as well as the other cords for the headset and box. I couldn't quite understand what you said.

that used to happen to me all the time.

Step 1:
take out the battery from your controller.

step 2:
unplug the mic.

step 3:
turn controller back on.

step 4:
plug in your mic.
--------------------------------------------------

then it should work, thats what i used to do to mines to fix it.
