Ok guys, I've been lifting weights and eating right for a long time, I'm 15 and I'm very unorganized. My major question is can anyone help me make a weekly workout scheduled like:
(Day 1-5:30 eat breakfast then workouts 7:30 protein shake and meal#2)
If not how about( Day 1- back, abs:deadlift 4x12...)
Please help in any way, I've been searching with no answer!
