So I'm looking to build a PC that can record, edit, and render high quality games and still run smoothly.
My budget is 1300 USD
Games I will be playing: Day Z, Arma 3, Battlefield 3+4, GTA 5, Skyrim, Crysis, and other games like those.

Thanks for the help.

What programmes are you going to be using?

And before I do a build, I HIGHLY recommend waiting for the Haswell CPUs - they're just around the corner and will be 10-15% quicker than the current generation Intel CPUs (Ivy Bridge).

I will be using fraps to record until I can get a better program and Sony Vegas for editing.
