pkay well hears my problem three months ago i modded my gamerscore and my tenure level. and got caught last week just for the gamerscore and then reset it but also over looked my tenure level and then decided to ban me. how can i fight this cause they should have caught it the first time and not gave me those to strikes. or would have they counted it as two if they noticed the first time.

The strike thing is for only accounts I was talking about. As in 3 account bans(12-31-999)= console ban. However yes if you mod your gamer score they will just reset it but if you mod your years played I believe they automatically ban you for that. So in your case there is nothing you can do, no way you can fight this, you modded you get banned.

EDIT: The program is called GPI 2011 (GPI stands for Gamer Pic Injector). Youtube it and you can link a video or you can do a video yourself. Its easy to do and you can't get banned for it either.

I'm rare cases you can also get banned for trying to Social engineer xbox support. If they feel the scam was big enough they can pass it on to the enforcement team and either ban your whole account our suspend it.
