That is 110% legit. You will not get scammed? It is Activision. If you want to reset all stats on CoD4, you go to that!

I know its activision but I know people can easily make fake sites that look like the real ones to steal your information, thanks for letting me know

That's an official CoD4 reset tool that Activision came out with fairly recently, so yes it is legit.
