Somebody asked a simple question for maybe 1 or 2 users to help him. As of now there are 2 pages of the same answer. People see that the person was helped with their issue and see that there is multiple people that have helped but still find i necessary to comment..

I would offer my solution but it's not my place to tell people how to do there job. And I'm not complaining, I'm describing.

I'd have to disagree. All opinions matter, even if they are from non staff members. There is a whole section of Forums to help improve TTG as a whole. That is what it is there for.

How about public flogging?

I try to contribute to TTG, on the call of duty forums. When something is fake, I'll report it. When something is off-topic, I'll report it.

The programming forum was always like that.
That's why I stopped posting, it's either the same questions, people asking on how to make something that takes A LOT of knowledge or people who bash on others, yet never actually contribute or release anything.

The last thing I release there was a FTP text file and gamesave file sharer in C# late 2012.

I can agree though, the quality in other sections seems to be decreasing. I intend on releasing some gamesaves or something soon though.
