A wave of bombs exploded in markets in mainly Shia neighbourhoods across Baghdad on Monday, killing at least 66 people and injuring nearly 200, increasing fears that Iraq risks sliding back into broad sectarian conflict.
While no group immediately claimed responsibility for the latest blasts, Sunni Muslim Islamist insurgents and al-Qaida's Iraqi wing have increased attacks since the beginning of the year and often target Shia districts to try to trigger wider confrontation.
More than 300 people have been killed in the past two weeks alone in Iraq in a new wave of bloodshed.

I really feel bad for the Middle East. It's terrible what they have to go through on a daily basis. I can't even imagine. It's suppose to be the Holy Land, but it's seeming more like a living hell. Not sure how anyone could do that to innocent people. I really do wish them the best, but wishing really gets no one anywhere. They deserve a safer living environment.
