I've recently ordered all of my parts for my computer build. I'm pretty sure I have everything wired correctly and everything in the correct place. Whenever I hook up everything and plug in the power supply, the computer never turns on. I have everything except for the RAM and graphics card so I was wondering if that would be the problem(im figuring its the RAM). Could it be the RAM, or maybe the power supply wasn't plugged into the motherboard correctly? Thanks for any help. I am a noob so take it easy on me :p
Specs
-Intel Core i3 3220
-MSI B75MA-P45
-CORSAIR Vengeance 4GB
-500GB Western Digital Caviar Blue
-430w corsair cx430
-NZXT Source 210
What i dont have at the moment
-CORSAIR Vengeance 4GB
-EVGA GeForce GTX 650

Did you make sure to plug the power button for your case correctly?

The power supply is correctly plugged in. You're probably right that its the RAM. Could it also be that the power supply is dead? Is that a possibility?

RAM is necessary to start a computer, it wouldn't even turn on without it.

Props for trying to build a computer without the knowledge that RAM is an essential component lol, you brave guy.
No computer will start without RAM installed or properly seated, it will be fine without a graphics card as long as there is some sort of graphics output on the motherboard I/O.
Trying to turn a computer on with no RAM is like trying to wake up in the morning with no short term memory whatsoever. The difference is the PC will just say no and stay dead.
