people are sending me trade offers with nothing in them how do you do this?

There is actually something there sometimes it doesn't appear.

It wouldn't allow them to send it,

This is a glitch, once you accept the players will appear as unassigned items.

He would of put a bronze player or kit in there and you would off given him Tevez.
