For hosting them, then yes. For being in one, no dont worry about it

theres always a chance you can get banned for cheatin.

if you don't host, just got into a lobby(s), your OK. if you host, maybe, unless you have XBLS. then your good.

Wrong. It doesn't matter if the game is old and brand new. You mod you will be banned. The XBLPET doesn't put up with that kind of stuff.

Even if you get in one, you have just as much as a chance to be banned then hosting it yourself.
