Well i just noticed that my ss usb ports aren't working in the front but work in the back i was wondering is it the wiring or the case

From the looks of it, the front panel ports on that case are USB 3.0. Have you made sure that the cable from the usb panel on the case plug into that header pictured above?

On page 22 (or 2-2 on the manual pages) Both sockets labeled 2 are for the power supply to the motherboard and number 9 is where the USB 3.0 ports plug into. They require no other connection onto the motherboard.

Are they working at all? or just not at 3.0 speeds.
The USB3 headder is the blue one below the 24pin motherboard power connector i take it you are using that.

Might be a long shot but just ensure that its pushed in until it clicks into place, also have you checked the ASUS support site for a USB 3.0 driver? As my motherboard needed one when i wiped all my drives.
