I have thought about that sometimes to, but then again they have tons of reports to do everyday, also are short staff. I highly doubt they have time to look.

I think it's a possibility but then again surely they have better things to do than go on gaming sites looking for hackers, would they really put this much effort into it. Also people host for days on here and get flaming topics and they still don't get banned, it's strange.

I don't "think," I know they are lurking on TTG, NGU, and all the other famous gaming websites that support hacking, modding, j-tagging, etc.

I don't know about XBLE, but I know Infinity Ward, the developers of the MW series, sends a group of homo's to lurk the internet and CoD to find cheaters, boosters, etc. One that I don't like, JonTheGeekGuy, isn't smart however. I posted a boosting lobby topic and stuff happened. He messaged me telling me he'll ban me and I found out his TTG username.

i highly doubt theyd waste time and resources something that "could be" with all the ways they have to track people who do things wrong and penalize them ontop of the fact that when someone gets cheated online unfairly their going to be mad and report the person right away which makes their job much easier(which means why waste money on something they dont need to) i doubt their gonna waste money just to enforce the rules of which most im sure they dont care about that are only their to make sure other people have a good time and continue spending money on their games and systems. the rules are just their so they can get rid of people who cheat or do things to make things unfair to the point where someone would get mad enough to stop using their devices and games. its all a money game. everything else i said might not be 100% correct but if you think microsoft cares about you or anything other than their jobs and money then your probably not too intellegent. if they had no competition such as playstation, etc. they wouldnt care about the quality of the games because people would still buy them or not play any game. the world is a money game. besides select groups of people and companies who actually care about people which their isnt many, most of the world is all about money and power and nothing else matters (to them). which sadly will probably get worse and worse so long as the democrats are in office
