You need to find your codes on the internet and re-post your save. I don't write peoples codes for them

As for converting the save it goes like this
1. Open the Xbox Save in Horizon
2. Extract the Savegame.dat
3. Change .dat at the end of the file to .ess
4. Move the save over to your Skyrim Save Folder (Documents > My Games > Skyrim > Saves
5. Run your skyrim and mod your save
6. When your done modding change the extension back to .dat
7. Replace your old savegame.dat with your new savegame.dat
8. Rehash and Resign Your Save

If you just want to put a PC save on xbox you need to change the .ess extension to .dat and replace the current .dat in an xbox save then rehash and resign
