My Samsung Galaxy S4 (SGH-I337m) gets stuck on the first boot screen where it says "Samsung Galaxy S4" and the battery freezes when i plug in a charger I can still get into CWM and all that just no booting I have tried different ROM'S and done a Factory Reset and still nothing I have TWRP 2.5.0.2

The device started lagging before I shut it down, it wouldnt boot after the shutdown, The apps running were PowerAmp, and ATorrent The music was lagging before I shut it down

-The phone is rooted
-TELUS
-Stock ROM

Any suggestions appreciated I really want to get my phone working again

try wiping everything on the phone
