Will Xbox 360 capture card's be able to be used on the Xbox One?

The X-Box One has a built in capture card. Not sure how it will work though. Anyway, only the Elgato and HD PVR 2 will be able to work since the X-Box One doesn't have AV out.

They say it is built in onto the Xbox One, and we believe it will be saved through Cloud. A lot of the community are wondering how good the quality and how much we are going to be able to record now though.
