TOTS Mata?

should i get him?
I have his normal and TOTS cech and TOTS Vertonghen which are awesome for me. i have 450 k

Current team:

TOTS CECH

JOHNSON
LUIZ
TOTS VERTONGHEN
CLICHY

I would get someone else then johnson on the midfield lol...

And yes I think TOTY Mata is a beast, his normal card is but I never tried the TOTY..
