my external start port is 3071
my external end port is 3072
what would my internal port be???

The same ports.
Most router configs tell you use the SAME internal for the external or you end up frying your router from thinking to much

on my router, it only gives the option for external start port and end port
and then it says internal port, do you know what number to put in there??

The pink shows you can keep them ALL the same(internal with internal, external with ext)
Black shows internal matches external on both black and green
