They have said you can turn it off but it has to remain plugged in which is stupid, if one isn't going to use it, why not have it disconnected? snoopers charter comes to mind.

We will have to wait for E3 to see if they reveal that you can disconnect it or not.

I think you have to have it plugged in.

If they can watch you through it and it has to be plugged in have it facing a wall behind you T.V. or something simple like that it is pretty hard to see through backwards through something.

Good point but what are you saying that will be restricted by Microsoft.

my kinect is always turned against the wall unless im using it. this is a freaky thing, and yes I am worried people can see me through it. my friend one time freaked me out by telling me what I was wearing... was it a lucky guess? I mean maybe but he guess right more than once.

this is why im going to turn kinect around to face the wall every time i turn it off/go to bed ;)
