9. 360 games are a different architecture. For it to play, they would need to put a whole Xbox 360 inside the Xbox One. However, they can emulate it.

7th- Lets say you are watching a movie. There will be a limit on how many people can watch it. Lets say its three. If the Kinect scans a fourth, it will stop the movie and you must pay a fee for them to watch.
8th- All current controllers, mikes, etc. will NOT be compatible with the Xbox One.
9th- 360 games are incompatible with the Xbox One.

i am sorry that 20% of Americans don't have internet, but realistically, it's 2013, and if they are buying the Xbox One launch day, they should have internet. If they are waiting a bit, then that is fine. Within the next couple years (when they will probably get the console) to not have internet will be the most prehistoric shit ever. I just bought my mother a blu-ray player for Mothers Day, and it doesn't require internet, but without it set up to the wifi it is just a 5lb brick.

there wont be a code didnt u hear that second hand / trading wont have a fee to play it on it, so that means the game wont have to be install in the hard drive it will still use the game disc to play games
