i found this while playing around in single player this is how you do it first get a bounty(in single player) does not matter how much second have them shoot and kill you and as you are falling down hit the guide button because you cant hit start when you are dying, then go to xbox live private match free roam now you should be at macfarlanes ranch jail cell witch you can get into after a few seconds your player will sit down and days will go by as in single player
