I have just downloaded hidden source beta again as I deleted from my computer and for some reason when I click it in steam and even make a shortcut the game doesnt start. I have all the game required to use it but for some reason it jsut won't let me play it. Could anyone please tell me how to remove it from my game library.

Right click on it and delete 'local content' i think

I'm pretty sure the only way to remove something from your game library list, you have to actually contact Steam support about it. All 'Delete local content' does is uninstall that game and all of its data from your computer, by does NOT remove it from the game library. Again, I'm only pretty sure, not 100% accurate.
