Looking to make a prison server. Can any one recommend any plugins which will benefit the server please. Once the server goes public i will promote you to one of our staff members thanks.

Plugins:
Essentials:
An essential plugin for all servers. This contains many of the basic commands players will need to play whilst on your server and enhance the gameplay further.
PermissionsEx/GroupManager:
A permissions plugin is essential to be able to set up ranks for your server and allow certain ranks to perform certain actions. Here, I would go with PermissionsEx because I find it much easier to use than GroupManager.. This is based on personal opinion though.
MineResetLite:
No prison server should be without an automatic mine resetting function, this plugin will do just that. Integrated with WorldEdit, this plugin allows fast setup and simple configuration to ensure your mines are kept full when necessary.
WorldEdit:
Crucial to be able to use MineResetLite for one, but worldedit will allow you to create your prison faster and easier than just standard building alone. This is a must for all servers in my opinion (or some other world editing tool such as VoxelSniper etc.)
WorldGuard:
This plugin will allow you to be able to protect areas to prevent certain groups building and breaking there (needed for separate ranked mines etc.). You will be able to set custom flags such as Mob-Spawning, greetings for when a player enters an area, define PvP-off areas as well as whether a player is able to enter that certain area.
