If that's what i think it is your power supply definitely needs an upgrade as 430w is not enough

It's just a thought as it is better to have more wattage to make sure it doesn't bottleneck

That does not make sense. There is no way a power supply could "bottleneck" any component. A badly made one could blow up and destroy components, however for a 7850 a 450w is recommended and a quality 430w (which his is) will suffice. Anything more would only be needed for if he chose to upgrade to something more powerful.
Also OP, i'm curious why the spend on that CPU & Cooler but no board thats decent for overclocking? Unless you really wanted the couple of extra features the i7 offered.

See I got a prebuilt machine and the only good thing in it was the motherboard, RAM, HDD and CPU. I upgraded everything else so I could actually game on it. As for the cooler, I got it cause my intel was so noisy and it really annoyed me and the temps where pretty bad so I got the 212 evo. I don't think the 3770 non k version can be overclocked anyway.

You're correct, the 3770 cannot be overclocked. Your cooler however won't wear out as the fans are the only point of failure and it'll work in the future if you decide to go for an OC'able CPU.
