This requires a Jtag or a RGH, or a Dev or Test Kit. This is probably one of the funniest How To/Tutorials ever! I really had a blast making this video this made my week. I hope it makes yours to. I hope you guys really enjoy this video. I think my main problem while making this video was how much new ideas popped into my head and how I wanted to add all of them but I couldn't fit them into one video without making it an hour long. Maybe I will do another one when I decide to make another tutorial like this.

It does work... Like the video says drag and drop the files in a usb then go download the game you want to play aka the rom file of the game. You can ask anyone this does work. This has been around for a while.

yeah this works, i did it a while ago. haven't stopped playing the playstation 1 games
