Hey i'm just wondering if it's possible to transfer Full XBLA from my jtag/rgh to my retail and would i get banned on the retail by any chance at all please tell me if it works.

You cant go online with any jtag/RGH Modded console thus making it impossible to recover a account, you can always transfer your account console to console with a Memory unit or USB drive.
