Well it really depends on what kind of modder you are & how you use them. If you give yourself the bad reputation for Freezing Games & Spawn killing people, You wont actually get banned right away but if all those people that hate you report you. You will get banned, very unlikely you will get console banned. mostly just profile bans. But bans work like this, 1st Offense could range from 48 hours to a week, 2nd Offense can go up to 2 weeks. Now 3rd offense is perma ban on that account. So even it you were to get reported for modding, you wouldn't get perma banned until you get 3 strikes on your account. well unless MS bans you for system tampering. Just know that when modding "There's always a risk of being banned". Just don't give yourself that bad reputation. Hope this helped

I have been, I host games and monitor and kicked modders who are dicks, I have had 1 ban for a week!
So just be careful

I would say 10-20 percent, I have been modding on a flashed xbox for a year, and havent been banned for it.
Just dont be a dick to people, and they wont report you. youll be fine

ive been modding on a flashed xbox for about 3 years now, the first year and a half i got like 8 accounts perma banned hahah and the last year and half i have only used 1 account and it has had no warnings at all. just make sure that you stealth patch your disc to level 3 and you should be good to go.
