No one knows since no one has the console yet.

I think there will be a hack eventually but it will take a bit longer than everyone expects because of the completely new software design.

Eventually because there is always a way around but I think it will be a lot harder because Microsoft will have learnt from previous mistakes.

I would say no because microsofts knows what they did wrong and will make it a lot harder to open with out special tools and they will be on top of the game since it is a new console. and hopefully not i hope there isn't even ability to usb mod or anything but i'm getting ps4 so i don't care at all

With all the new software being put into it, no one really knows at the moment. We have been getting information from groups of people finding theories already to get gamesaves to work. That is going to be the number one goal first when the Xbox One comes out. As for a Jtag/RGH, there will probably be something similar to that here in a couple of months going around.

Either it will take a month or two to break the system, or a year or two.

Like Starify said, New Software is the only thing would hold back modding the console. Of course nobody is going to mod it the say it comes out and pay 399.00$ to take apart but idk they have some pretty die hard modders out there.

I'm pretty sure people will pay that much just to try and mod it because the person who manages to get the xbox one to run unsigned code will make bank.
