No, this is not a good PC. It is much easier to build a PC than you think, trust me. You will also be able to get better parts to fit the type of PC you want and it will be cheaper than a pre built PC. If you want to game, don't get that PC because the GPU is horrific, also the PC you linked doesn't have Windows installed so ou would have to purchase Windows 7/8(whichever you prefer) as well as buying that PC.

Coming up on TTG in pretty much any of the pc forums and asking if a pre built pc is good always yields one answer -> build your own. That is what happened with me. So I took it into consideration and watched and studied every pc building video and it really isn't that hard. So I have ordered all my parts and hopefully I have learned enough to build a pc flawlessly. You need to research and study on how to build a pc. Trust me, it is an awesome skill to learn, especially in this day and age.

Have confidence man it's something that ya need in life.
On subject it's VERY easy to build a PC I would actually say it's harder to mess it up since if you just take your time not much can go wrong
