Probably not, full price decreases could take weeks or even months after the release of Haswell.

Well theres never a timescale in which retailers drop pricing so you'll have to check different sites for deals. I find amazon good for certain items on price but its worth checking other sites too.

Since the greatest advances made with Haswell are in power usage, the main benefit of going with the newer platform is having the newer socket. Even if the actual performance increase isn't too significant, I still suggest going with the new CPUs and motherboards because there will be another CPU release on 1150.
