Well of course im going out for football this year, and anybody have any weightlifting types for legs? I'm shooting for wide reciever. Tell me your exersize ways.

Running, leg presses, wall sits, and a lot more stuff. If you really want to gain muscle, take a protein shake after your workout. But make sure you don't only do legs everyday (obviously).

Wall sits dosent really help me, it seems to easy.
I used to have to do them for a long time or I would have to run a few extra miles. So I would sit there for so long...that's why they helped me. I feel like they increased my 40 time by a lot. After I started them my 40 time decreased from 4.6 to 4.4.

Oh wow... my 40 time is nearing at 4.7 i need it to be 4.4 or less. I just need to be the best target their

And btw I was a receiver too. But do a lot of different exercises or your body will get accustomed to it and you won't gain anymore muscle mass. Last season I was leg pressing 480, had a 4.4 40 yard time, and my mile time was 5:20 (that's from working out my legs well and eating a lot of protein). I was 13 years old then so I guess that was pretty good.
