i heard that ip flooding was illegal and i am hosting a 10th lobby 2moro and if it is i really dont want to be screwed so do you know if it is or not?

If you mean hostbooting, to get people out of your game, Yes and No.

It is illegal to host boot ANYONE apart from yourself. But if your the host of a lobby, and hostboot yourself, it kicks EVERYONE out the game, apart from you, which is legal.
