Not really, the integrated graphics chip on that is appalling as is any integrated graphics chip, you could likely run it but not well on decent settings.

Should be able to run MC on that but since it has integrated graphics i wouldn't expect great performance.

is there anyway to upgrade it to get it a bit better un till i get a custom desktop
