Play as the assault class aka the class with the cross on it eventually you will unlock it unless you start with it.i can't really remember it should be under the gadget 2 .

Play as the assault class and you will unlock it. It takes 4,000 points while using the assault kit to unlock. You should get it really fast. Operation Metro would be a good choice to try and get it real quick.
