Xbox live hive aim's and emails have been jacked by XBLS, do not trust aims atm. And do not dispute as this is what XBLS wants.

I would still dispute, I believe XBLH has not refunded a lot of people who paid and still had time. And also, I think you are right about their AIM's getting jacked.
